Can I get a replacement wind-up toy?
If you are in the UK or Northern Ireland, and recently purchased a brand-new Usborne book with a wind-up or pull-back toy which wasn't working when you bought it, we are happy to replace it free of charge. Please email us at help@usborne.com using the subject line 'Replacement toy', including:
- The full title of your book
- Proof of purchase (must have been purchased within last 90 days)
- Full name and postal address
If you live in the UK or Ireland, and would like to buy a replacement wind-up or pull-back toy, you can now do so at parts.usborne.com.
If you are in the USA and wish to purchase a replacement toy, please email our US distributors HarperCollins at customercare@harpercollins.com.
Regretfully, a replacement service is not available to customers in other territories.
