If your toy wasn't working when you bought the book, please contact the retailer you bought it from.

If you bought an Usborne Wind-Up book from an Independent Usborne Books at Home Organiser or online at, please email using the subject line 'Replacement toy'. Let us know the title of the book and your postal address. We'll do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We're very sorry but we can't provide replacement wind-up toys in other circumstances.
