If you bought an Usborne Wind-Up book from an Independent Usborne Books at Home Organiser or online at Usborne.com, please email help@usborne.com using the subject line 'Replacement toy'. Let us know the title of the book and your postal address. We'll do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
