Can I get a replacement wind-up toy?

If you are in the UK or Northern Ireland, and have recently purchased a brand-new Usborne book with a wind-up or pull-back toy which wasn't working when you bought it, we are happy to replace it free of charge. Please email us using the subject line 'Replacement toy', including:

  1. The full title of your book
  2. Proof of purchase (must have been purchased within last 90 days)
  3. Full name and postal address

If you are in the USA, you can purchase a replacement wind-up toy from HarperCollins, who are our US Trade distributor.  Here is a link to the wind-up train toy. Other toys may be available.

Regretfully, a replacement service is not available to customers in other territories.
